About Gracombe IT Solutions
History
Our history is, quite frankly, short. We became a business in November 2006.
After his tenure as a Vice President at Washington, DC based iapps, the leading web development company serving the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, Alf Gracombe wanted to start a business in the city where he makes his home — Boston. In his 10 years leading iapps' design, development, hosting, and client services operations, as well as architecting and developing enterprise level database driven web projects and products, he has gained a unique depth and breadth of Internet technology expertise. What he also has is an understanding of the strategic nature of technology initiatives and how critical it is that any investment in IT show a return, be it financial or social.
Gracombe IT Solutions was founded to provide this expertise to organizations, large and small. We bring to bear the necessary experience to see a project through — from inception to launch (and beyond).
