CHCS Orgitecture Site Now Live

August 18, 2010

As of this morning, the Center for Health Care Strategies' (CHCS) website is now hosted with Gracombe IT Solutions. We didn't make any design or functional changes to the site, but we're now hosting their website, built years ago using iapps' (now Bridgeline Digital) Orgitecture technology. This is notable because it is the first site built with this proprietary, ColdFusion-based platform to be ported to a new hosting environment.

New Homepage Design for The Commonwealth Fund

Recently, our new and improved design for The Commonwealth Fund went live. We were hired by the Fund to redesign their homepage and the general look and feel for their entire website. In so doing, we created a clean, elegant design using cutting edge Web design technologies.

We're happy to announce our newest client, the Center for Health Care Strategies. As CHCS's new Web development and strategy partner, we will be migrating their existing website to a new hosting environment as well as supporting their ongoing Web communications and development needs. The new website is slated to go live in the late summer.

Dashboard Product Demoed at GEO Conference

Last week, our Dashboard product was demoed as part of a panel presentation titled Dashboards and Scorecards at the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations National Conference. The panel was designed by Gale Berkowitz (David and Lucile Packard Foundation) and the speakers were Kevin Rafter (James Irvine Foundation), Martha Piper (Rare), and Roberto Cremonini (Barr Foundation).

Dashboards and Scorecards Presentation Available for Download

On Tuesday, March 16, Roberto Cremonini of the Barr Foundation and Alfred Gracombe gave a talk at the Grants Managers Network Annual Conference in Baltimore (mentioned in this earlier post). The presentation was one of the most attended events at the conference, an indication of the importance of this topic in today's philanthropic environment. The presentation is now available for download.

Wenner-Gren Foundation Site Goes Live

Last year Gracombe IT Solutions was hired by the Wenner-Gren Foundation for Anthropological Research to rebuild their website. And this morning, that new site went live.

Mystic River Watershed in the News

This morning, local NPR affiliate WBUR ran a segment on the Mystic River featuring some of the dedicated people in a network of nonprofits working on environmental issues in and around the river. We are proud to be a part of this network in our role of providing technical and Internet support for their work.
