New Homepage Design for The Commonwealth Fund

July 30, 2010

Recently, our new and improved design for The Commonwealth Fund went live. We were hired by the Fund to redesign their homepage and the general look and feel for their entire website. In so doing, we created a clean, elegant design using cutting edge Web design technologies.

Homepage ScreenshotThe first thing you will notice is improvements around the organization of the homepage. Featured content appears most prominently, switching images and articles every 10 seconds. Users can proactively engage with content by mousing over article titles and selecting articles of interest. Secondary content displays in the right hand column.

We've also added a new social media utility menu, including links to RSS feeds, Facebook, and Twitter.

And navigation has been improved for readability and ease of use. Typeface updates and slight increases in text size make navigating the website all the more easier.

We're very proud to work with The Commonwealth Fund, a prominent health policy research organization on the front lines of the health care debate. Visit the site at http://www.commonwealthfund.org
